About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Field Coordinator to join our Operations team on our project in Culpeper, VA. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervision of onsite trade work with a focus on safety. * Coordination of subcontractor work, project schedule, and material delivery and installation. * Ongoing interaction and communication with project management and trade partners.
Qualifications:
Required:
* 1-3 years of experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction. * Outstanding communication and time management skills. * Ability to be mobile, remain alert, stand or walk for long periods of time, climb up and down ladders and scaffolds, and work outdoors and on uneven surface. * Ability to work overtime and weekend hours.
Preferred:
* Associate’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent. * Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate and use standard business software and systems.
