What You'll Do
* Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat. * Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions. * Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services. * Promote upgrades and additional solutions whenever appropriate. * Handle account, billing and service-related enquiries. * Escalate complex technical issues when necessary. * Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
What We're Looking For
* Fluent Italian and English (minimum C2). * Previous sales experience is mandatory. * Experience in Technical Support or a Contact Centre is an advantage. * Strong communication, sales and problem-solving skills. * Comfortable using digital tools and technology. * Customer-oriented, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Base Salary:€920 * Language Allowance:€250 * Performance Bonus:up to €360 * Assiduity Allowance:€110 * Flex Work Allowance:€60 * Meal Allowance:€10.20 per working day
