Could this Be for You: As part of the manufacturing team, you play an important role in daily production and warehouse operations. You Will be Trusted To: * Assist with garage door assembly and production * Use measuring tools and learn equipment such as miter saws and table saws * Handle materials carefully including glass and aluminum components * Load and unload trucks by hand * Help maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy * Follow safety procedures and production standards * Support the team in meeting daily and monthly production goals
You Qualify With: * High school diploma or equivalent * Comfortable using hand tools and willing to learn new equipment * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently * Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance * Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
Additional Success Factors: * Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred * Experience with carpentry, cabinet building, or production assembly * Experience using power tools or measuring equipment * Forklift experience is a plus * Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
