General Manager – Little Hen Fort Lauderdale
Little Hen is seeking an experienced, passionate, and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our Fort Lauderdale location.

Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily restaurant operations
* Lead and develop front-of-house and management teams
* Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards
* Manage labor, staffing, scheduling, and operational costs
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
* Maintain strong communication between departments
* Handle guest relations and resolve concerns professionally
* Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
* Achieve sales, labor, and profitability goals
* Maintain Little Hen culture and hospitality standards
Qualifications
* 3+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume hospitality
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Experience managing labor, COGS, and operational performance
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Weekend and holiday availability required
* Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred
