About the Role:
The Clerk, Warehouse is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping activities. This role ensures accurate inventory management in SAP, maintains a safe and organized warehouse environment through 5S practices, and supports the efficient flow of materials and finished goods while complying with company procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory and warehouse stock accuracy. * Receive, store, prepare, and dispatch materials and products. * Maintain inventory records and transactions in SAP. * Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. * Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts. * Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials. * Coordinate with Logistics, Customer Service, and carriers to support order fulfillment. * Apply 5S methodologies and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. * Comply with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Secondary Education Diploma (GCSE or equivalent). * Valid forklift operator certification/license. * Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in warehousing, inventory control, and warehouse management processes. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Warehouse Technician, Warehouse Support, or similar role. * Experience working with SAP. * Experience operating electric pallet stackers and forklifts. * English
