What You’ll Do:
* Empower Independence: * Support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) in their daily routines and activities. * Build Meaningful Connections: * Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions. * Promote Safety & Wellbeing: * Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively. * Drive a company vehicle to pick up/drop off individuals we support * Collaborate for Impact: * Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care. * Advocate with Heart: * Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care. * Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
Who You Are:
✔ A compassionate, patient individual who finds joy in helping others. ✔ Reliable, observant, and committed to creating a positive impact. ✔ Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques, strong communication skills ✔ 18+ years old with a clean background, valid driver's license, clean driving record
