About the role

US Realty Training is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.

We are a growing real estate education company that helps students navigate the process of becoming licensed real estate professionals. We are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating with prospective customers, following up consistently, and turning opportunities into enrollments.

What You'll Do

* Respond to inbound leads and prospective students through phone, email, and text * Follow up with leads consistently and professionally * Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate course or program * Convert inquiries into enrollments while providing a positive customer experience * Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective students * Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in our systems * Follow up with previous leads and re-engage potential customers * Meet individual sales and activity goals * Work closely with management and the customer service team * Stay knowledgeable about our programs, promotions, policies, and licensing process

What We're Looking For

* Previous sales experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone * Confident asking for the sale and overcoming objections * Strong follow-up and organizational skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Comfortable working toward measurable goals * Strong attention to detail * Professional, positive, and dependable attitude * Comfortable using CRM systems, email, text messaging, and other computer-based tools * Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required

The Right Person Will

* Take ownership of their leads and follow-up * Be persistent without being pushy * Understand that consistent follow-up drives sales * Be coachable and open to feedback * Come prepared to work and actively look for opportunities * Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do * Care about both the sale and the customer's experience

What We Offer

* Training and support * A team-oriented work environment * Opportunities for growth * Performance-based incentives * The opportunity to be part of a growing company in the real estate education industry

If you're a driven salesperson who enjoys talking to people, following up, and closing business, we'd like to hear from you.
