Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We're hiring a 1099 Physician to provide regulatory APP supervision across all service lines: Virtual Health Assessment and Oscar Virtual Care.

About the role:
You will be a supervising physician to other Advanced Practice Providers.
You will report into a Director of Oscar Medical Group
Work Location: This is a remote position. Open to candidates who reside in Georgia. #LI-Remote
Pay Transparency: $300 per APP per month for APP Supervision responsibilities. Oscar Medical Group will cover your malpractice insurance.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations * Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines * Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations * Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Board-certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine * MD or DO from an accredited medical school * Supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) * Must live in Georgia * Must have an active state license in Georgia * Must have a compact license or be eligible for IMLCC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) * 3+ years clinical experience in urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine practice
Bonus points:
* 2+ years of Telemedicine experience * Fluent in Spanish * Licensed in OMG states: MI, IL, CT, PA, NC, OK, VA, TX, FL, OH
