The Role

The Marketing Insights team is an integral department within LiveScore Group and the Casino Marketing Insights team is looking to expand to support the growth of the Casino vertical. As a Casino Insights Analyst, you will work with multiple teams and stakeholders, across many areas of the business, to optimise market share, highlight opportunities and trends, all helping to create a thrilling experience for our Casino customers. With an abundance of data to work with, our analysts use a range of analytical tools, to provide senior leaders in the business with actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.

At LiveScore Group, we’re the proud home of three of the most exciting brands in the sports and gaming world: LiveScore, LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet. A fully owned and operated ecosystem that converges the two worlds of sports media and sports betting. We’re proud of the high ratings for our commitment to excellence and fueling fan’s passion for sport driving us to the top.

We don’t just lead; we innovate. Our cutting-edge products and immersive experiences set the standard, but it’s our people who truly make the difference. Every day, our team embody our values: adaptability, teamwork, a fan-driven approach, and an ever-curious mindset that fuels our ambition.

As we scale and continue to create a culture that allows all employees to thrive, we know we need the most talented people with diverse backgrounds, perspectives and skills. If you’re good at what you do, come and join us. The more inclusive we are, the more amazing experiences we can create for our users.

We know that job descriptions can sometimes seem daunting and you might not feel you tick every box. But, if you’re passionate about the role and have relevant experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate and partner with the wider Insights team and key stakeholders to analyse data and communicate actionable recommendations that directly support LiveScore’s strategic goals.  * Independently extract, clean and analyse complex customer, transactional and game-level data using SQL to uncover behavioural patterns, cohort customers and identify trends to solve real-world business challenges.  * Regularly monitor core Casino product KPIs, proactively investigating changes in performance, diagnosing the drivers behind those changes and communicate the “why” to stakeholders of all levels.  * Interpret complex analytical findings and translate them into a coherent, compelling story. Create engaging visual dashboards and presentations that simplify complexity and help influence business decisions.  * Build strong relationships with Marketing and Casino business partners, learning to understand their commercial needs, deliver on analytical requests, and constructively challenge assumptions when necessary.  * Maintain open and continuous communications with your manager and your team with regards to workload and projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

* Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities. Ideally developed through a degree in a quantitative field.  * Proven relevant experience in an insights, data or other analytically focused role.  * Proficient in SQL, with a proven ability to write, optimise and execute queries against large, complex data sets.  * A self-motivated problem solver, with the ability to seek out business problems to solve rather than waiting to be assigned a task.  * An understanding of the betting and gaming industry is strongly preferred.  * Strong understand of business KPIs, customer behaviour and marketing mechanics (specifically an ability to evaluate CRM, acquisition and promotional campaigns).  * Exceptional ability to translate complex information into coherent actionable recommendations suitable for a wide array of stakeholders.  * Ability to confidently present and tailor presentations to a variety of different levels across the business.  * Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
