VEHICLE OPERATOR SHIFT SUPERVISOR – $36/HR
Location: Houston, TX Pay: $36 Per Hour Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Job Type: Contract Call 269-408-6738 7 AM to 7 PM daily
Available Shifts:
* Morning: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
* Evening: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
* Work Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Tuesday.
Job Duties:
* Supervise a team of autonomous vehicle operators.
* Help with daily vehicle testing and operations.
* Make sure employees follow safety procedures.
* Train, coach, and support team members.
* Manage schedules and daily assignments.
* Monitor employee performance.
* Report vehicle or technical issues.
* Work alongside operators when needed.
Requirements:
* At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience.
* Excellent driving record.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Good problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working with vehicle technology.
* Previous supervisor or team lead experience preferred.
