Registered Nurse Wesley Willows, 4141 N Rockton Ave, Rockford, IL 61103 Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Pay: $39.00–$45.00 per hour Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day, Evening, Overnight
Earn $39 to $45 an hour plus shift differentials, working 8-hour day, evening, night, or PRN shifts. New graduate RNs are welcome.
What You’ll Do
* Plan and carry out each resident’s care plan * Give medications and treatments as ordered by physicians * Notice changes in a resident’s condition and respond quickly, including in emergencies * Keep accurate records and follow infection control standards * Work with CNAs, therapists, and physicians to give residents great care * Protect each resident’s dignity, safety, and comfort
What You’ll Need
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois * Graduate Registered Nurses (GRNs) considered with Illinois RN licensure obtained within 45 days of hire * 1–2 years of long-term care experience preferred
