Responsibilities include:
* Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to facility, state and federal regulations and professional guidelines. * Perform physical therapy treatment tasks as delegated by and supervised by physical therapists. * Maintain open and ongoing communication with facility departments to ensure that patient, staff and hospital needs are met. * Document physical therapy services by charting in the resident medical record Credentials: * Current state licensure or certification as a physical therapy assistant in the state of California required. * CPR certification preferred unless otherwise required by facility policy.
