About the Role
Join an early-stage B2B software team building an AI-powered compliance platform for manufacturers and retailers. You will work closely with engineers and users to turn product priorities into useful, production-ready features in the regulatory and product compliance space.
What You'll Do
* Turn the product roadmap into shipped features that deliver measurable value to users.
* Talk directly with users and use their needs to shape and refine product direction.
* Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product grows.
What We're Looking For
* Experience shipping software products to end users.
* Technical work experience or a strong academic background in computer science or a related field.
* Fluency in German and English.
* Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* A product-minded, user-focused approach, with the ability to identify underlying needs across different customers.
* Comfort using AI agents as a regular part of your engineering workflow.
* Experience in an early-stage startup, B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML is a plus.
* An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €65,000 to €75,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid role based in Munich, Germany, with an expectation of four days per week in the office.
