Sibanye-Stillwater is looking for motivated individuals to join our Mechanical Reduction Operations team in Greenville, NC!
What You'll Be Doing
* Operating industrial processing equipment, including crushers, ball mills, and blenders.
* Moving, weighing, and preparing materials for processing.
* Operating forklifts and material-handling equipment.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production area.
* Working alongside a team committed to safety, quality, and getting the job done right.
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or GED.
* Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
* Forklift or machine operation experience is a plus.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work.
* A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
