What You’ll Do:
* Paint interiors and exteriors across apartments, common areas, and buildings * Do general maintenance and repairs, including repairing machines and changing filters * Inspect apartments and common areas so the community stays well-maintained * Respond to emergency repairs and keep maintenance equipment and vehicles in good working order * Move furniture and refill water softener salt as needed * Follow all safety rules and confidentiality policies * Report any signs of possible abuse or neglect right away * Attend required in-service training sessions
What You’ll Need:
* At least 5 years of maintenance experience, with an emphasis on painting (required) * Must be 18 years of age or older (required) * Trade school degree or related certification (preferred) * Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions * Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly with the team * Must pass a drug test
