We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) around Damascus and surrounding areas!
You’ll build meaningful one-on-one connections, supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion and champion for their independence.

How You’ll Make an Impact
* Empower independence and confidence * Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful moments * Support daily living tasks like meal prep and routines * Encourage community engagement and social connection * Provide personal care with dignity and respect * Assist with transportation for appointments and outings
Compensation & Flexibility
* Up to $18 per hour * Weekly pay * Flexible part-time schedules * Tyler Hill afternoons * Short commutes (typically within 30 minutes of home) * Mileage reimbursement options

What You Bring
* Experience supporting individuals with I/DD * High school diploma or equivalent (18+) * Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community
