Preferred Skills:
* Excellent communication skills - oral and written * Coachable - positive attitude, willing to learn and take direction * Work individually while having the support of the entire team * Sales experience is an asset but not required
Daily Tasks:
* Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting - to schedule virtual client meetings * Present the permanent benefits packages using the scripts and needs analysis system over zoom * full training provided, no experience necessary. * Report daily numbers * Attend optional training classes * Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for the coverage
