Role Overview
As a Nurse Superviosr you will provide clinical leadership and supervisory support to a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, MAs, and LPNs. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of quality, compassionate patient care while fostering a supportive and professional nursing practice environment.

What You Will Do
* Provide first-line management and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team. * Coordinate and deliver quality patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. * Delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching for patients and families. * Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, healthcare team, and medical group leaders to maintain a quality practice setting. * Participate in planning and budget development for the clinic/department.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field. * Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. * Current BLS or ACLS certification per Henry Ford Health policy. * Two to three (2-3) years of nursing experience in a clinical environment. * Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory Orientation. * Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Leadership experience.
