Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager . This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Provide senior PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support. * Develop spend plans and POM/SPAR inputs. * Track obligations/disbursements and reconcile program funding. * Produce leadership financial reports. * Support LCCE/LCSP/IGCE and acquisition documentation.
NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
* DoD PPBE. * RDT&E, Procurement, O&M appropriations. * Budget execution. * Financial reporting and analysis. * Advanced Excel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* ACEIT proficiency. * Ability to develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimates. * Experience with DoD financial/budget processes. * Travel: Up to 20%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Current WRPBH financial incumbent. * * MDAPT/PTS/CBE/PCAN/CCaR/PIEE. * DHA medical acquisition financial experience.
