Job Description
MedStaffers is seeking a reliable and compassionate Direct Care Worker to provide care for a middle-aged male who is total care.
* Hands-on care is REQUIRED, including: * Bathing and personal hygiene * Dressing and grooming * Toileting/incontinence care * Transfers and mobility assistance * Other personal care and daily living needs
Responsibilities
* Provide companionship and emotional support * Assist with personal care and light housekeeping * Support clients with daily routines * Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment * Build a positive and respectful relationship with clients

Qualifications
* Caring, patient, and dependable * Ability to work independently in a home setting * Reliable transportation * Previous caregiving or home care experience is helpful but not required
