We are seeking a California-licensed Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention home-based services to children ages 0–3 with developmental delays and disabilities throughout Sonoma County.

Requirements:
* Active California Physical Therapy License * Pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferred (training available) * Comfortable traveling between home visit locations * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
