Painter Job Description
Painters will:
* Properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings * Prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections * Applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area * Complete the project within the allotted productivity time - resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.
Painters must demonstrate the following:
* Be Reliable, Dependable, and On-time * Take Direction and Follow the work order * Follow all Health and Safety Protocols * Great communicator * Accept Accountability * Be Customer Centric * Work Clean and Organized * Have the Proper Tools to Perform and Complete the Project * Work as a Team * Be able to meet a deadline
