Position Summary
We are seeking an operations focused HRBP to support its field and corporate teams. This role serves as a trusted partner to operational leadership, owns employee relations across the organization, manages the HRIS platform (ADP), and leads a team of nine HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner directly with regional operations leaders to align HR support with day to day business needs * Own employee relations across the organization, including guidance, investigations, and resolution of workplace issues * Administer and maintain the ADP HRIS platform, including employee data integrity, reporting, and system workflows * Lead, coach, and develop a team of nine HR professionals * Support performance management, workforce planning, and policy administration in the field * Help maintain compliance with employment regulations across the states our clients operate in * Act as a visible HR presence supporting a safety-first culture
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience as an HR business partner, ideally within field services, construction, infrastructure, or another operations heavy industry * Prior experience leading or managing an HR team * Strong working knowledge of ADP or a comparable HRIS platform * Demonstrated employee relations expertise, including investigations * Comfortable traveling to regional locations as needed
