We’re looking for Consultants to join our growing Financial Operations practice in Atlanta. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to clients, supporting a wide range of interim and project-based accounting and financial management needs.

What You’ll Do:
* Partner closely with clients to provide financial management and accounting support with a high standard of professionalism and client service.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity partners, legal advisors, tax advisors, and investors.
* Help clients execute growth strategies, support critical initiatives, and implement process improvements that strengthen finance and accounting operations.
* Lead and optimize accounting functions to improve scalability, efficiency, and business performance.
What You’ll Bring To BPC:
Required Qualifications
* 6+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience
* Bachelor’s degree
* Experience managing an accounting department
* Proven success developing and improving accounting and finance functions to support company growth
* Experience maintaining and implementing effective internal controls
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions
* Interest in consulting-style work and delivering exceptional client service
* Willingness to travel within your local market, with occasional support in national markets
Preferred Qualifications
* CPA license or MBA
* Experience at a Big Four or other nationally recognized accounting firm
* Industry experience in emerging growth, technology, or SaaS companies
* Additional oversight experience across IT, HR, or Operations
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000
