UDR is seeking qualified candidates for a Construction Manager opportunity for our customer in Aiken, SC to support the Savannah River Site.
Work Location- Aiken, SC Client- Confidential
DUTIES * Design-build experience, hard must-have. * Self-perform GC background or 5+ years estimating, strong nice-to-have. * Must have federal experience where the work touches federal clients.
* Experience with large construction projects and working with DOE/NNSA (Preferred) * Multifaceted in all construction disciplines (Preferred)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education & Experience/Skills: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 13 - 15 years of practical experience in construction. In-depth knowledge of construction.An associate degree and 15 - 17 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent. A high school diploma and 17 - 19 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent.
