Job Overview - what you could be doing:
* Responsible for a glue machine and hand assembly of custom binders * Sewing materials to create bound books * Quality control (QC) to ensure customer orders are complete and accurate * Initial training program and future training in other production processes

* High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent hand eye coordination * Ability to work with different measuring devices (e.g. rulers) * Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours per shift) * Self-starter and desire to learn new processes * Interest in long term employment and takes pride in their work * Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly * Enjoys hands-on and craft work is ideal * You have to be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
