We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to coordinate production plans, manage work orders, and ensure materials, inventory, and departments stay aligned to meet customer demand. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Create and manage weekly production schedules * Generate work orders based on customer orders * Coordinate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams * Monitor inventory and material availability * Communicate schedule changes and customer order updates * Identify and resolve production bottlenecks * Validate production rates and capacity across departments * Participate in production planning meetings
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent ✅ 5+ years of manufacturing experience ✅ Strong planning, organization, and time management skills ✅ Excellent computer proficiency ✅ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities ✅ Metal fabrication experience preferred
