Your Role
You own our entire English-speaking top of funnel: from first contact to qualified demo handoff to our Account Executives. And if you've got what it takes, you'll have a clear path to becoming a closer yourself within a few months.
What to expect
* Qualify the leads our marketing generates every day
* Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, and testing new channels
* Build sequences: form hypotheses, test, measure, improve
* Actively shape SDR processes in a fast-growing startup
* Top-performing SDRs have a real shot at moving into an AE role within months
Who We're Looking For
* Native English
* 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred
* Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission
* Willing to temporarily relocate to Austria (around 1-2 month in Vienna to soak up our culture)

* £50,000–75,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)
