What You'll Do - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions
What You Bring - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Authorized to work in the United States - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization - Strong communication and people skills - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
