Position Summary
The Guest Services Ambassador is responsible for creating exceptional first and last impressions while delivering personalized luxury service throughout the guest journey. This highly visible role encompasses arrival services, valet operations, bell services, guest assistance, transportation support, and resort ambassador responsibilities. The Guest Services Ambassador serves as a welcoming presence throughout the resort, ensuring seamless service delivery while anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
In alignment with Fairmont luxury standards and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) expectations, this position is committed to delivering intuitive, engaging, and personalized service through professionalism, attention to detail, guest recognition, and genuine hospitality. The Guest Services Ambassador may be required to perform additional duties and support other operational areas to ensure exceptional guest experiences and successful resort operations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Previous luxury hospitality, guest services, bell, valet, front desk, or customer service experience preferred. * Experience in luxury resort environments preferred.
Licenses & Certifications
* Valid Driver's License required. * Clean driving record meeting resort insurability standards. * CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Additional Information
Hourly Rate: $18.00 USD + tips
Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
