Duda Farm Fresh Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support our transportation and supply chain operations in Wellington, FL. This is full-time office based position plays a critical role in coordinating the movement of finished goods and raw materials, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining transportation records, and supporting our commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the transportation of finished goods and raw materials to ensure on-time pickup and delivery. * Schedule and manage transportation appointments with customers, warehouses, and freight carriers. * Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery and communicate shipment status updates. * Investigate and document transportation exceptions, including delays, shortages, damages, and temperature-related concerns. * Maintain accurate shipment data within transportation management and business systems. * Review freight invoices and transportation charges for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. * Support refrigerated transportation operations and ensure compliance with transportation and food safety requirements. * Maintain transportation documentation, including bills of lading, proofs of delivery, and freight records. * Monitor carrier compliance documentation, including insurance and other required records. * Prepare and distribute transportation and logistics reports as requested. * Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of one year of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, shipping, or supply chain operations. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. * Availability to support occasional after-hours, weekend, and on-call operational needs. * Valid driver’s license
