We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Operations team on our project in Franklin Furnace, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage onsite trade activities, including coordination of materials from design and fabrication through delivery and final installation. * Track, review, and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors. * Manage cost control and issue resolution, including change orders, RFIs, and proactive identification of potential risks. * Assume ownership of overall project execution beyond assigned trade contracts. * Read, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications. * Lead with integrity and exemplify Holder’s culture by mentoring and developing junior associates on the project.
Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
* Outstanding communication and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment. * Basic understanding of construction tools like Bluebeam, SketchUp, Navisworks, BIM360, etc.
Preferred:
* Willingness to relocate as needed.
