About the role

We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

Why this role is remarkable

* You would join the YourParkingSpace team, part of Arrive, a UK parking marketplace with over 8 million users and hundreds of thousands of spaces, named among Britain's fastest-growing tech companies in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100.

* You would build an AI-native growth motion for the driver side of our UK marketplace, with AI in every campaign, message and test.

* You would own the driver side end to end: winning new drivers, turning first bookings into habits, and growing subscriptions.

* Every driver you win and keep fills a space a host is counting on, so you would see the difference you make quite quickly.

What you will do

* Win new drivers through paid search, paid social, display and signage, with landing pages built to convert and agencies held to a cost per new driver.

* Move drivers who first book at a car park kiosk or on the web into our app.

* Turn first bookings into habits with CRM messages triggered by what drivers do, and a holdout group on every message so we know what each message earns.

* Grow subscriptions: open up monthly spaces at the car parks we manage, cut subscriber churn, and move subscribers onto Season Plans.

* Run commuter experiments every week, using AI to build creative, write variants and read results, and kill what does not work.

* Plan and forecast paid media budgets with finance, and spend only where we can measure the return.

* Lead the work with product, pricing and data, so the app, prices and campaigns are all built for the same drivers.

The ideal candidate

* Builds with AI every day, creates their own workflows, and has strong views on how it is changing consumer growth and CRM.

* Has 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally in a consumer marketplace or subscription business, with results they can tie to revenue.

* Has run acquisition and retention together, across paid media, CRM and app adoption, and proved what worked with holdout tests.

* Leads across product, pricing and data teams, and uses behavioural data to find user insight, spot opportunities and run tests.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director.
