Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants * Manage and support patients on Advanced BiPAP ST, AVAPS, IVAPS, ASV * Assist CPAP patients with specialized needs * Recommend adjustments to PAP settings and create orders in electronic medical records * Educate and coach patients on CPAP devices and care * Identify and address barriers to compliance for advanced PAP machine patients * Collaborate with providers and escalate any concerns as needed * Coordinate and order CPAP supplies for advanced PAP machines * Maintain accurate patient records and stay current on respiratory therapy practices
Requirements
* Valid Respiratory Therapists (RT) license * Minimum of 2 years experience as a Respiratory Therapist * Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and procedures * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Attention to detail and BLS certification
