Responsibilities and Duties
* Oversee daily playroom operations and ensure a safe, engaging environment.
* Plan and lead children’s events, recreational activities, parties, and special programming.
* Bring creative ideas to life that keep kids engaged and families coming back.
* Lead and support team members in delivering fun, high-quality experiences.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe space for children.
Qualifications and Skills
* Creative, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
* Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
* A team player who enjoys planning activities and bringing people together.
* Experience working with children or leading recreational programming is a plus.
