Job Description
As a Material Handler II at Arvato, you will be responsible for operating various powered industrial equipment, primarily a reach truck, to accurately transport component materials between the production departments and stage/storage locations. You will also use SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs as well as transport finished and semi-finished goods from production departments to shipping or other appropriate locations.
Starts at $22/hour
**This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus**
YOUR TASKS:
• Perform quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished goods
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service level expectations
• Support audits, process checks, and continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Have at least one year of experience operating a reach truck. * 1+ years of relevant work experience in warehouse or logistics. * Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) pertaining to warehouse activities required * High school diploma or equivalent education required.
