Your Day-to-Day - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
What We're Looking For - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable - Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Work authorization in the United States - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
