Nurse for IV Wellness Clinic (RN) PRN or Part-Time

----------------------------------------

Location: Mountain View, CA

Company: IV Nutrition

About the Role

We are hiring a registered Nurse (PRN or Part-Time) to deliver high-quality IV therapy services while supporting daily clinic operations and client experience. We are a nutrient therapy clinic with full Functional Health Capabilities. We are NOT a drip bar.

This role is responsible for executing IV treatments, intramuscular injections, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring every client receives safe, efficient, and professional care in a 5-star spa like environment.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a clear path to leadership. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Clinic Director position, if interested. Commissions on membership sales.

We are a full functional health clinic.

* Work closely with Clinic Director and Assistant Director * Support team goals and daily operational priorities * Assist with training and onboarding as needed * Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

Growth & Leadership Development

* Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and strong work ethic * Participate in team meetings, training, and development * Take ownership of responsibilities beyond basic role expectations * Become eligible for promotion to Assistant Clinic Director after 90-day performance review

----------------------------------------

Compensation & Growth

* Hourly Pay: $50/hour + tips + commissions * Performance-based pay increase after 12 months * Clear path to Assistant Clinic Director role based on performance, if interested

Is This Role For You?

Who This Role Is For

* Someone who enjoys hands-on client care * A team player who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment * An individual looking to grow into a leadership role * Someone who values structure, consistency, and client experience

What This Role Is Not For

* Someone uncomfortable with high-volume IV starts * Someone who prefers non-client-facing roles * Someone who struggles with multitasking or fast-paced environments * Someone not interested in growth or advancement

----------------------------------------

Reality Check

You will be starting, compounding and running IVs all day in addition to giving intramuscular injections. We are not a drip bar. We provide customized nutrient therapy based on a client's specific needs.

Clients will vary in difficulty. Some will be anxious. Some will require extra attention.

You are responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality experience every time.

If you are not confident in your IV skills or do not enjoy fast-paced, hands-on clinical work, this role will not be a fit.
