What You’ll Do
* Lead engaging group and one-on-one activities for memory care residents * Support residents in experiences that bring dignity, purpose, and joy to daily life * Encourage social connection through creative, stimulating programs * Help document activities to support program improvement * Partner with nursing and care staff to keep the environment fun, safe, and resident-centered
What You’ll Need
* Active CNA certification (required) * Must be at least 18 years old * Memory care experience preferred * A compassionate, creative, enthusiastic approach to working with older adults
