What You'll Do - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Deliver high-quality, client-focused service - Take part in continued mentorship and team development
What You Bring - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Customer service background helpful but not required - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Authorized to work in the United States
