* 3–5 years of Commercial Drywall Estimating experience, with a solid understanding of scopes, assemblies, and project workflow * A stable work history and a track record of commitment and reliability * Expert-level ability using bid management and estimating software * Strong leadership qualities and the confidence to contribute to a high-performing team * Proficiency in Quick Bid with OST—a must * The ability to take direction well while also stepping up with initiative and problem-solving instincts

Compensation
$100,000 – $145,000 (dependent on experience and expertise)
