What You’ll Do * Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family member * Support providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately * Room patients, take and document vital signs, and update charts in the EMR * Administer medications and injections per provider orders, following all documentation and safety protocols * Keep patient records up to date, including medications, allergies, and medical history * Answer phone calls, respond to patient needs, and route messages appropriately * Help keep clinic operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting

What We’re Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent required * Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred * Active and appropriate Medical Assistant or nursing certification/licensure required * Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and nursing practices * Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude * Ability to work well in a team-oriented, high-energy environment * Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed
