About The Role:
We're looking for a Food Runner to join our front-line team at one of London’s newest and most exciting venues – Arcade Covent Garden! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations.
As a Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate in this role will:
* Deliver food and beverages from the Kitchen and Bar to the dining areas * Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner * Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists * Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings * Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures * Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile * Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment * Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams * Have the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!
We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Bring prior experience as a Food/Bar Runner or similar front of house role. * Have worked in a high-volume restaurant environment similar to ours. * Have a passion for food, service and guest experiences. * Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Are an excellent team player with a positive attitude. * Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure. * Bring a warm and approachable demeanour that naturally connects with guests and colleagues.
