Service Sales Representative (Commercial/Industrial Roofing) CentiMark Corporation, the National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Service Sales Representative in the Syracuse NY area.
45K-55K in base salary, plus commissions.
Summary of Job Description: * Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling * Marketing your efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects * Preparing estimates
Job Requirements: * Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required * Commercial service roofing experience/knowledge is required * Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred * Experience in growing market share * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve * Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential * Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities * Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills * Estimating software skills
