Starting Pay: $25/hr during training
Pay: After training earning potential will be $60,000 - $100,000+

💪 What You’ll Do:
* Be the skilled expert customers count on for safe, secure, and high-quality garage door service.
* Install, repair, and maintain garage doors and openers for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
* Deliver best-in-class customer service — with professionalism, empathy, and a can-do attitude.
* Accurately document work using notes, diagrams, and photos to support future service and team communication.
* Perform thorough safety checks and ensure all work meets or exceeds company and industry standards.
* Recommend upgrades and enhancements when appropriate — offering real value, not pushy sales.
* Collaborate with team members and utilize tools like ServiceTitan to streamline workflow.

🎯 What You Bring:
* A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Prior experience in garage door service is a plus — but we’ll train the right go-getter!
* Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work from ladders, and operate hand tools with confidence.
* Great communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong customer-first attitude.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
