The Role Involves - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Provide attentive, client-first service - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Build lasting client relationships
What You'll Need - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Customer service background helpful but not required - Eligible to work in the United States - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
