About the role
Position Summary:
The Client Data (Associate) analyzes and maintains client and account data to support accurate financial reporting and business decisions. This role supports data quality and reporting processes
Primary Responsibilities
* Maintain data quality and integrity across client data systems * Build and maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders * Partner with business teams to understand client data and reporting needs * Support ad hoc data requests and special analytical projects * Document data definitions and reporting processes * Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong proficiency with Excel and data visualization/reporting tools
* Experience with SQL or similar data querying skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to communicate data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* Familiarity with mainstream AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), with interest in applying them to data analysis and visualization
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer
Compensation Range:
$65,000-70,000
