Core Responsibilities - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
You're a Good Fit If You Have - Authorized to work in the United States - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools
