Job Description
We are looking for a motivated student to support our Bid Management team. You will help prepare documents for tenders, gather information, and keep everything well-organized. This role is ideal for someone who loves research, structure, and working with different teams.
Your Tasks
* Research: Look up information about tenders, customers, and required documents. * Document Support: Help collect, format, and organize content for proposals and pre-qualification documents. * Information Management: Keep folders, templates, and project files up to date and well structured. * Coordination: Follow up with team members, track deadlines, and support meeting preparation.
Qualifications
* You enjoy research and finding information. * You are organized and like to keep things structured. * You can write and summarize clearly. * You are reliable and have a strong sense of ownership * You are proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), familiarity with SharePoint * You are curious and eager to learn complex topics quickly * You have a proactive attitude with the ability to follow-up independently * Have proficiency in speak B1-C1 level English * You need to be located in Málaga, Spain * You have to be a student * It is mandatory to be able to sign an agreement with the university
