The Role Mandara Spa at Atlantis is seeking a Spa Operations Manager to support daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and help drive retail and service performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone looking to grow a career in luxury spa and hospitality management.
What You'll Do
* Support daily spa operations and guest flow * Lead and coach front desk and retail teams * Deliver service excellence and high guest satisfaction * Support retail sales, inventory management, and POS operations * Use POS systems (Book4Time preferred) * Partner with the Spa Director to meet operational goals
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, spa, or retail * POS system experience (required) * Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills * A guest-focused, reliable, and professional approach * Spa or wellness experience (preferred)
